PROGRAM ASSISTANT/DATA RESEARCHER OFFICE OF LAWYER REGULATION The Wisconsin Supreme Court’s Office of Lawyer Regulation, which receives and responds to inquiries and grievances relating to allegations of Wisconsin attorney misconduct or medical incapacity, is seeking candidates for a part-time limited term Program Assistant/Data Researcher. The appointment is expected to last until December 31, 2018. LOCATION: Madison, WI SALARY: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour. RESPONSIBILITIES: The position is responsible for researching grievances filed in the Office of Lawyer Regulation’s database and reporting and entering the data in Excel for the purpose of evaluation. The individual will assist the Director in reviewing the usefulness of the data to ensure for consistency and quality in reporting. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: (1) Coursework and/or experience reviewing and entering data in databases as well as intermediate Excel or related software; (2) Familiarity with legal matters and concepts; (3) Familiarity with lawyer ethics rules and standards; (4) Experience maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information; (5) Excellent attention to detail, written and oral communication and organization skills.
