Our restaurant is upscale casual American / Italian concept restaurant with a mix of Tuscan

country and contemporary design; light and dark hardwoods, rough- hewn wood accents, custom stonework, Italian tile work, eclectic decor and lighting, exhibition kitchen, booth seating, central bar area.  Seating up to 200 including bar and dining room seating.  The menu offers authentic pastas, wood roasted pizzas, gourmet salads, Italian classics, sandwiches and daily Chef features. Banquet / Catering center has moderate sized room for meetings and social events. Space can accommodate up to a group of 175. Space has 2 well equipped executive board rooms. 2018 est. sales $3.1 million.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Seeking candidates with 3 + yrs. restaurant management experience. Need superior team building and people skills, guest relations skills, high energy. Need high quality service and Hospitality background. Need high quality food knowledge.  Able to select, train and coach team of supervisors and staff.  Able to monitor company standards.  Need strong hands experience in : high volume dining room and bar. Wine knowledge needed and some kitchen experience preferred.  Some banquet or private party experience preferred. Able to budget and control labor, bar and operational expenses.  Need inventory control and P & L background.
