Qualified candidate performs duties as assigned, and with minimum supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, in the areas of Plant Operation Maintenance Plumbing, HVAC, Building Automation System and Computer Maintenance System, Electrical System and Related Equipment. This position will also perform duties as assigned in General Grounds Maintenance. Employee is expected to coordinate with supervisor to complete yearly department specific checklist.
High school diploma required. Associates Degree in industrial technology related fields or equivalent work experience required. 5 years' facilities maintenance experience, healthcare facility preferred. Valid Driver's license. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer skills as well as the ability to read and understand blueprints and power hand tools.
