LOCATION: UW-Stout, University Dining Service, Merle Price Commons
University Dining is seeking a skilled baker to join our team. The baker is responsible for institutional bakery operations using commercial bakery equipment and producing bakery products in moderate to large volumes. This includes, but is not limited to, rolls, pastries, cakes, cookies, bars, and pies, etc. This position instructs and directs student employees involved in bakery production while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Schedule posted weekly. Typical shift: Monday- Friday 3:00 am-11:30 am, during the academic year. Excellent benefits package included.

Responsibilities may include food preparation, serving food, warewashing, and working with customers, while maintaining standards of quality and food safety. Employees will be working with our team of student employees and full-time staff. Schedules are posted weekly, with varying shift lengths available during the academic year.
