University Dining is accepting applications for a baker, working during the academic year in the Memorial Student Center. This position works under general supervision of the Executive Chef with responsibilities that include moderate to large volume (50-1,000 portions) production of baked goods (breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts). This position works with student employees, student managers, full time staff and unit managers while maintaining standards of quality and food safety. Schedules are posted weekly. Typical shift: Monday- Friday 4:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., for 9 months during the academic year.
