This individual will provide case management and group facilitation within Goodwill's Behavioral Health Day Services. These services are designed to help ensure eligible participants with severe and persistent mental illness develop and utilize a recovery plan and build skills towards stabilization. Duties include developing the treatment plan, facilitating/tracking progress, providing crisis management and psycho-educational classes, and helping to link participants with needed community services.
Minimum Associates Degree (Bachelor's preferred) in psychology, social work, sociology, and/or related field, with specific training relative to addiction, or mental health and recovery. Must be bilingual.
