West Point Public Schools has an opening for an" IT Support Personnel". Individual will serve as on site technology support for staff and students and as a liaison to our technology support team (Nye Tech, located in Fremont) . Knowledge and experience in the following will be beneficial. 1. Knowledge of hardware including PC laptops, PC desktops, Chromebooks, IPad, etc. and ability to troubleshoot and identify hardware issues. 2. Basic knowledge of network hardware, DHCP, and DNS. 3. Knowledge of Microsoft OS Operating Systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10 4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 5. Knowledge of Google Docs 6. Organizational skills a must 7. Customer service skills a must 8. Troubleshooting skills a must 9. Willing to learn. Some knowledge in the below would be a plus 1. Active Directory experience 2. Google Site Administration experience 3. Infinite Campus Administration experience 4. Web Filtering experience.
Salary is $35,200 with Retirement, paid time off and Single Health Insurance benefits.
