Tra Vigne Pizzeria and Restaurant in St Helena, the heart of Napa Valley, is seeking a hands on General Manager. Our restaurant is an informal Italian eatery specializing in "boutique quality" wood-fired pizzas and home spun pasta dishes.
The ideal candidates will be exceptionally well organized & mature, with a strong work ethic, a passion for food and wine and a desire to learn more. Must have floor management skills and possess impeccable verbal, written and basic knowledge of computers and POS systems.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: floor management, hiring, scheduling, and training staff & other responsibilities related to successfully running a very busy restaurant.
Minimum requirements listed below.
Two years or more full service restaurant management experience
Knowledge of food, wine and spirits
Customer service oriented
Hands on and detailed oriented
Flexible to work any shift (including Saturdays and Sundays)
