Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (40 hours per week) for a Clinical Informatics Specialist with a "Get It Done" attitude. The ability to work with a TEAM in a collaborative and communicative environment is a MUST!
Clinical Informatics Specialist Responsibilities:
Develops and helps maintain the electronic medical system, software applications, and databases for Floyd Valley Healthcare and its associated clinics.
Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Clinical Information Systems modules, supplemental support systems, and related training of clinical and medical staff.
Monday through Friday with evening and weekend involvement as needed.
Current Iowa Registered Nurse license or multi-state licensure.
2-3 years of previous professional clinic experience required.
Previous Clinical Informatics experience is a plus.
BLS a plus; certification is required as an employee.
Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
