Receptionist / Accounting Clerk
We are a fast growing and profitable supplier of electrical transformers with plants in the United States, Canada, and Mexico and are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist / Accounting Clerk for our Baraboo, Wisconsin facility.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position has the responsibility of promptly and courteously answering the telephone, facilitating the efficient flow of mail and faxes, maintaining office supplies, assisting accounting in various data entry and daily invoice processing, and providing general administrative support.
Enthusiasm, team-focused orientation and a “can do” approach, combined with the following capabilities describes the successful candidate: Effective communication skills, organization skills, ability to maintain accurate and detailed records, and ability to work with deadlines. Must be comfortable in working with numbers and computers. Excel and Word experience along with receptionist and accounting experience are required. Reliability and dependability are a must.
