The Administrative Director oversees all office functions of the Office of the Dean, including supervising staff and ensuring excellent service and support to internal and external customers. This position assumes high-level accountability for all budgeting and accounting functions for the library and compliance with university policies. It also plays an important role in the oversight of personnel management processes. The position is not a frontline library position, but it is key to the efficient and effective operation of the library. This position reports to the Dean and University Librarian.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in business or other applicable areas and two years related administrative experience; OR Bachelor's degree in business or related field AND four years of related experience; OR Eight years of directly related administrative experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
