This position processes the daily bookkeeping functions of the Bella managed apartment communities by recording the business transactions and maintaining/retaining the accounting records. Posts, verifies, and reconciles accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, bank statements, or other ledger accounts. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all professional matters. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills. Strong oral and written communication skills with co-workers, vendors and all others to whom you represent the company. This position requires a degree in Accounting/Finance or five (5) years of bookkeeping experience. Property Management experience preferred but not required.
