Bachelor Degree in Human
Resource Mngmt., Public
Administration, Business Mngmt.
Min. five (5) years Human
Resources Director/Management
experience preferred, at least one
(1) year of gov. experience.
Ability to analyze & interpret data.
Must be able to read write &
speak the English language
Strong computer skills
Must have a valid AZ Driver's
License & be insurable with the
Nation's auto insurance policy
