Director/Psychologist, Employee Assistance and Wellness - #603819

The Office of Employee Assistance and Wellness is an internal employee assistance and wellness program providing counseling, consultation, critical incident response, conflict management, training, organizational support, and health and wellness services to NAU faculty and staff and their family members. The EAW office is seeking an experienced leader and a seasoned clinician with strong proactive leadership, supervision and administrative skills, who demonstrates exceptional judgement combined with a compassionate nature to fill this vital role in the EAW office. Minimum Qualifications: Doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, PsyD) in Counseling, Clinical Psychology or related field AND licensed, and in good standing, as a psychologist in AZ or license eligible within one year, AND seven years counseling/clinical experience AND five years supervision with at least three years supervising professional clinical staff. Library Supervisor, Cline Library - #603794

This position leads and manages the Document Delivery Services (DDS) unit, which provides interlibrary loan and document delivery services to Northern Arizona University and Coconino Community College students, faculty and staff. Document Delivery Services is a unit within Cline Library’s Content, Discovery, and Delivery Services department. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree AND two years related library experience; OR, Six years progressively responsible related library experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
