Director of Institutional Advancement Miles Community College is currently accepting applications for a Director of Institutional Advancement. This position provides leadership and strategic direction for private resource development, public and private grant development, internal and external communications, and marketing. This position also serves as chief liaison to the MCC Foundation and its officers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in related field. Experience should include demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning process, project management and grant development. Demonstrated knowledge of philanthropic principles surrounding donor cultivation, planned giving and annual giving. Experience should include knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and investment principles.
