Responsible to the Executive Director to oversee and perform technical duties related to the planning, management, maintenance, and rehabilitation of facilities and new construction projects; training, overseeing, and evaluations of staff; and other related work as required.
Requirements: Combination of education and experience equivalent to completion of 2 yrs. of college with courses in construction technology, building inspection and supervision or 5 yrs. experience in project management and maintenance or construction operation. License: General contractor's license desired. A valid Ca driver's license is required. Must be insurable.
This position is classified as exempt, thus is not eligible for overtime compensation. Special Requirements: Computer literate, good communication skills, requires a full range of physical mobility. Must be able to tolerate working in heat and cold weather conditions, and handle stressful situations. Regular attendance is required.
