*Assist the Community Manager in the operation of the development Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including Outlook, and software/database.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
*Participate in application and lease processing following LIHTC/HUD guidelines.
*Establish, Implement and evaluate an outreach marketing and advertising plan on an on-going basis.
*Accept service requests from residents and route to maintenance.
*Answer all incoming phone calls and handle accordingly.
*Collection of rents and preparation of receipts.
*Ability and commitment to learn new material quickly and further develop skills.
*Ability to work on several projects at once while continuing to perform day-to-day activities.
