CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PRESIDENT & CEO
The Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce (CACC) is seeking a new President & CEO for their member-driven/focused organization to improve and support the Charleston community.
The CACC's mission is to serve as catalyst and advocate for business development and economic growth in the greater Charleston area.
Our President & CEO is a full-time, salaried member of the Team who is responsible for overall leadership and day-to-day functions of the CACC. Compensation will be commensurate with education/experience.
Requirements include in-part:
A commitment to business ethics & integrity; &
Reside with five (5) miles of the CACC's office.
We prefer our next leader to have in-part:
3-5 years of Chamber or related NFP experience AND B.S. in Business or related degree OR --- equivalent combination of work experience/education;
History of creating programs and initiatives that focus on increasing economic vitality & quality of life; &
Strong communications skills/multitasking & effectiveness with a wide range of stakeholders.
