PROGRAM ASSISTANT Position available for a full-time Program Assistant for the Child Care Coordination Unit responsible for analyzing program integrity data, completion of child care audits and fraud reports, paying providers through the state system, as well as, coordinating community advocacy and networking for the development of quality child care. Position investigates child care providers and program recipients to minimize fraud and prepares and presents information to an Administrative Law Judge at hearings. Position works within a team atmosphere of delivery and requires advanced level customer service skills. High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts, human services or related field strongly preferred and two (2) years working experience, preferably in the child care or social service field. Professional communication skills both written and verbal, organizational skills, ability to perform data entry tasks and work independently are critical.
