Sacia Orchards, Inc, in Galesville, WI is hiring 2 temporary Cook/Chef workers from 7/26/2018 to 10/19/2018: 40 hours week. Cook/Chef will plan and coordinate menu, prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, clean and organize kitchen, appliances and dishes. Cook/Chef will coordinate food supply request as well as check in of food/supply orders. In addition, Cook/Chef will ensure to keep a clean and organized kitchen, dining and delivery areas at all times. Will sanitize kitchen surfaces regularly throughout the day. Will maintain meal records. Must have knowledge of generally accepted well balanced nutrition guidelines. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Worker must have 3 months verifiable experience. $13.06/hr. (prevailing wage). Guarantee of 3/4 of the workdays. All work tools, supplies, and equipment furnished without cost to the worker. Free housing is provided to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the workday. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer, with payment to be made no later than completion of 50% of the work contract.
