This is a 100% full time professional position in Information Technology Services (ITS) at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. This position is located in the Client Services unit of ITS and is responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of PC and Mac computer hardware/software, e-mail, Microsoft Office applications, problem solving and technical services for campus through ITS. The ideal candidate will have a superior combination of technical, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills. Strong collaboration and team building skills are important.
