SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR I/II:
This is a full-time position in our outpatient behavioral health clinic providing individual/group substance abuse counseling. This position may also work collaboratively with administration, service facilitators, consumers, and community vendors to ensure positive consumer outcomes for individuals served by the CCS program.
An Associate's Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling from an accredited school, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Valid License as Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC); Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC); or LCSW, LPC, LMFT with attached Substance Use Disorder specialty. Intoxicated Driver Program Approved Training preferred, or obtained within the first year of work; and a valid driver's license. Minimum of 2 (two) years' experience in public or private AODA treatment. CCS experience preferred. Starting salary $41,600 - $63,820 per year plus excellent County benefit package and State retirement.
DUAL DIAGNOSIS CLINICAL THERAPIST:
This professional will work within the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic and other Behavioral Health programs as needed. Main focus of position is Outpatient dual diagnosis counseling however may be asked to provide clinical consultation to CCS staff. Administrative oversight and clinical supervision provided by Behavioral Health Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field from an accredited school and a minimum of two (2) years' experience in public or private mental health and/or AODA treatment. Valid Wisconsin license as Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist, and valid Wisconsin Driver's license and access to transportation suitable to complete necessary work out of the office.
Salary and Benefits: Hiring Range of $51,056 - $63,820 per year, plus an excellent County benefits package and state retirement plan.
