Family & Children’s Center, a leading regional provider of a broad range of human services programs, is seeking a Coordinator of Community Services. This full-time leadership position reports to one of our senior leaders and will be responsible for the operation of multiple programs and related staff. To be successful in this role candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities, implement creative solutions, market programs externally, and foster staff development. Most importantly candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the agency’s mission, vision, and values. The minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, 3 years experience working with an at-risk population or in mental health, and at least two years experience as a program manager or supervisor in the field.
