EXECUTIVE SECRETARY: Full-time, at-will position performs personal, confidential secretarial and administrative support tasks to assist the Mayor. Maintains professional and high quality image of the Mayor’s Office. Valid driver’s license required. The work is performed under the direction of the Mayor. High school diploma or equivalent, vocational/technical training in secretarial skills, three years of progressively responsible secretarial experience with extensive public contact, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Effective public relations skills and telephone skills required. Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm required. Starting wage is $23.08 - $26.43 /hour DOQ plus comprehensive benefits package.
