CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Position supports the staff of Campus Recreation by delivering and supporting the digital tools needed to fulfill the mission of "enhancing the educational experience and promoting lifelong wellness." Responsible for the oversight of Campus Recreation's device inventory, primary user contacts, distribution of user level one tasks, device hardware configurations, and management of device hardware regular maintenance. Responsible for utilizing the service desk software to maintain user incidents, user requests and maintenance. This position is expected to utilize industry recognized incident management, remote management, and system management tools to monitor, assist and resolve client related issues. Responsible for responding to, researching and resolving user incidents on Microsoft Windows and Apple iOS systems. This person will assist the Assistant Director to support the users, support device hardware and operating systems. This person will assist the Assistant Director in managing device hardware through device management servers. Some lifting and delivery of equipment is required. Regular on-call hours and occasional evening and weekend hours will be required.
