Neogen is looking for a customer service representative that will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, primarily for the GeneSeek research and commercial customers, place orders, handle sample submission forms and paperwork. Enter and track orders into LIMS and Genomics Primary contact for system users (business to business customers), Train users on sample submission, order entry, interpreting results (LIMS) and assisting with any issues. Contact customers as necessary to facilitate sample submission and communicate results back to customers, submit data for genetic evaluations Continue education of GeneSeek/Igenity products and processes and assist with cross training within the Customer Service Support group other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education/ Experience: High school diploma required; college degree preferred; must have at least three (3) years of office related Clerical skills, including word processing via Microsoft word, ability to create excel spreadsheets, and assemble PowerPoint presentations is critical. Experience with customer order entry, accounting systems is necessary; good phone, writing and overall communication skills are essential. Successful applicant must be able to type at least 50 WPM.
