Cotner Center Condominiums, Lincoln, NE 68505
Administer condominium complex with 101 units. Duties of the position include property manager, business manager, personnel director, managing agent and advocate for the preservation of the mission of Cotner Center. Must have the ability to interact with senior, condo-owner residents in a positive manner and work closely with an HOA Board to administer all aspects of senior living in a retirement complex.
An Associate’s Degree in business administration, property management, or a related field is desired. A Bachelor’s Degree would be a plus. Also desired is at least 2 years experience in property management, 3 years experience with accounting software, and 3 years experience using Excel, Word, and QuickBooks software. Experience in property, management and employee supervision is a must.
Position is located in Lincoln, NE and is full-time, hourly, requiring 30 hrs/wk., 9:00 to 3:30, Monday thru Friday. Minimum starting wage is $18/hr, with final rate depending upon experience. Benefits include vacation, holidays and sick leave.
