We are looking for a responsible full-time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our Hailey, ID company’s main office.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include: Providing support to our employees, managers and clients; Date Entry; assisting in daily office needs; and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in both ENGLISH AND SPANISH. Familiarity with Microsoft Databases and QuickBooks a plus.
