Director of Student Mental and Behavioral Health Services - As a senior leadership member of the Student Development team, the Director initiates strategic planning and assessment activities to optimize and coordinate planning, delivery, and evaluation of behavior health services for the university's student body. A minimum of 5 years of experience, a Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work as well as clinical licensure in Illinois at the LCPC/LCSW or above level. Candidates with a doctoral degree are preferred.Student Behavioral Health Care Manager - Oversees a caseload of approximately 100-150 students. The Manager supports the Director of Student Mental and Behavioral Health Service and other members of the treatment team; offers brief counseling and helps facilitate changes in treatment is warranted; and is engaged in direct clinical service work up to 75% time. A Master's Degree in counseling or social work as well as clinical licensure in Illinois at the LCPC/LCSW or above level is required.
