Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk
BankORION is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk for our Orion office. Primary responsibilities include completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. This position pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal ID numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; tracking invoices for out of state sales taxes due and for 1099 reportable items; and resolving discrepancies. A good understanding of preparing general ledger entries and a basic knowledge of accounting is required. Additional duties may be assigned as skills are developed.
