Successful law firm has an immediate opening for a professional and efficient Administrative Assistant. This position will work closely with 2-3 attorneys and is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, stable law firm within a congenial, professional environment. 

Prior legal experience not necessary but is preferred. Must be detail oriented, highly skilled, and results-driven. Experience Abacus Law or other legal case management software preferred. A successful candidate will be responsible for general legal support functions, including drafting correspondence and various documents, maintaining files and calendars, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, etc., scheduling, managing deadlines, etc. Must be a team player with initiative, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and able to interact professionally with all levels of the firm and outside clients.
