is a well-established, family owned agricultural equipment manufacturer based in Kalida, Ohio.

Manufacturing Engineer 
The responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer include overseeing the development and implementation of all processes, procedures and systems used in determining the manufacturability of new and existing products. This individual will be involved in ensuring proper layout design, tooling, fixturing, prototyping and testing, and the integration and implementation of those protocols with both new and existing manufacturing processes. Qualified candidates include those with a minimum of an associate's degree in manufacturing engineering technology, CAD drafting or design, quality assurance or related field of study plus 3-5 years of applicable work experience. An individual with a high school degree, CAD or drafting certification, and 5-7 years of experience can be substituted. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. 

Manufacturing Engineering Technician 
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician whose duties will include manufacturing engineering support for tooling, prototype and production. This individual will be involved in determining the correct processes used in manufacturing and verifying the tooling, fabrication and welding processes for manufacturing them are completed. Qualified candidates include those with a minimum of an associate's degree in manufacturing engineering technology, CAD drafting or design, quality assurance or related field of study plus 3-5 years of applicable work experience. An individual with a high school degree, CAD or drafting certification, and 5-7 years of experience can be substituted. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. 

Press Brake Operator 
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator for this full-time, first-shift position in support of our manufacturing operations. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, a solid attendance record and prior work experience in manufacturing. Experience with operating and maintaining brake presses, plasma or plasma punch equipment is preferred. Interested candidates should also be able to work flexible assignments and schedules.
