We are seeking an Executive Assistant who:
- Provides administrative support to the CEO/President - working closely and effectively to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Prioritizes varying needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Plan and coordinate all continuing education courses. Travel as necessary to support business training's and events.
An ideal candidate has a great attitude, well-organized and works well in a fast-paced environment.
