Digital Marketing Systems Specialist

Serves as a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) subject matter
expert and administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting the
implementation, operation, testing, monitoring, use, maintenance, and
optimization of Marketing Cloud; establishes Marketing Cloud usage standards;
identifies and maximizes opportunities to leverage CRM technology to improve
business processes and support critical recruitment, student success, and
marketing strategies; in collaboration with Information Technology colleagues,
responsible for the development and maintenance of web-based forms that
integrate with the CRM system; participates in enhancing the UNI Mobile
Application; and analyzes the efficacy of marketing campaigns and social media
channels. Bachelor's degree; experience in web site development, including HTML
and CSS and graphics editing software (e.g., Photoshop); excellent writing,
communication, interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills; record of
creative problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects;
excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and
communicate metrics; team-oriented; and ability to understand and leverage data
required. Student experience will be considered.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, management information systems, digital media, marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or related field; experience with marketing automation tools, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Drupal and FormAssembly; and experience with data analytics preferred.
