APPOINTMENT TYPE: Part-Time (30-40 hours per week); 12 months
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, hours will vary between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (evenings and weekends as needed)
SHIFT: First Shift
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under general supervision, prepares, compiles and maintains computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) project data collection records; maintains appropriate CATI & interviewer files; provides information to student interviewers about interviewing policies & procedures; assigns, coordinates & reviews interviewer performance against established guidelines; examines, evaluates and verifies CATI files for completeness & accuracy; recognizes and resolves problems in project implementation; setups and closes down CATI computer systems to allow interviewers to perform data collection; monitors, verifies and reconciles project information; and performs other related duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent of two years of full-time employment.
