POSITION FUNDING: Room and Board Revenue
APPOINTMENT TYPE: Full-Time, 11 Months
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
SHIFT: First Shift
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under general supervision, directs, supervises, and coordinates staff and activities for an open concept retail restaurant that serves over 900 meals per day; plans and prepares work schedules for staff; orients, trains, assigns work and evaluates the work of staff; maintains sanitation and safety standards; maintains inventory controls; helps to develop new recipes and menus; prepares recipe testing and sample meals; responds to inquiries and concerns from staff and customers; and performs other related duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school graduation or equivalent and two years of directly related food distribution experience; or any equivalent combination of post high school education and experience providing a knowledge or background in institutional food service distribution.
