Head Coach (Women's Golf)
Position Summary: Southern Illinois University Carbondale is an NCAA Division I member of the Missouri Valley Conference. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the operation and Management of the Women's Golf program.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identifying and recruiting quality student-athletes internationally, nationally and in-state; organization and execution of practices and competitions; driving vehicles to transport team; promoting the welfare and academic progress of student-athletes; performing the daily administrative duties of the program; participating in fundraising and public relations activities; participating in departmental meeting and functions; ensuring compliance of the program with University, NCAA, and MVC rules.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of collegiate golf coaching experience, demonstrated success in competition, and recruiting ties to the Midwest.
