Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the content for various web projects under guidance of creative strategy project manager
  • Ensure suitability and optimization of copy for all online environments, focusing on consistency in style and tone, enhanced user experience, and alignment within the organization-wide brand and messaging
  • Create landing pages to capture, organize, and manage leads, including writing and editing web content and coordinate with other team
  • Support daily updates to the sites using a Content Management System
  • Build positive and successful relationships with clients and content partners, providing training and guidance on digital content best practices with a customer-centric approach.
  • Oversee technical projects, such as new website developments
  • Participate in the full web production lifecycle, including scoping out content requirements, production, testing and ongoing management/refinement
  • Assist in planning, designing, and executing a web strategy that drives high engagement
  • Perform routine website maintenance, image uploads, and speed optimization, detect anomalies in performance and provide solutions in a timely manner
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in web content development; tracking and analytics; web site architecture and design
  • Knowledge of HTML/XHTML and CSS; understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and Ruby, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and results with search engine optimized sites that rank high on major search engines for relevant key words
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, branding, and content
  • Ability to collaborate and articulate strategy to team members and a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to a diverse work environment, including working with multicultural populations and an understanding of, and sensitivity to, issues affecting women and minorities
