SERVICE MANAGER - Southeast
Missouri and Southern Illinois
We are searching for the right candidate to become our new Service Manager and lead all operations of our Service Department. This person will work on a daily basis with a service writer, technicians, parts department, and sales department. This person will control profitability, employee management, and ensure great customer satisfaction. We are looking for a current Service Manager in search of a better opportunity or a Service Writer with the desire, ability, and work ethic to take a Management role.
SKILLS WILL INCLUDE
Great Customer and employee communication skills
Answer technical questions regarding vehicle services, repairs, and warranties
Identifying and developing repair opportunities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to schedule and assign tasks to service personnel
Ability to Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems
A strong desire to work with a team and build a successful department, while exceeding customer expectations.
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SERVICE MANAGER
A pay plan will include Salary, Commission, bonus opportunity, 401K, insurance.
The plan will be based off of experience/production.
